Shanelle
Shanelle joined RackSAFE in early 2021, taking over the day-to-day administration, such as quotes, bookings, scheduling, site drawing, and auditing! Her background in teaching gave her fantastic attention to detail and organisational stills that are not only mind-blowing but are also ideal for the multitasking that RackSAFE requires!
As the business has grown Shanelle has been appointed as the Business Manager for Racksafe and is driven to ensure that our clients get exactly what they have paid for: End-to-end business solutions for all Racking compliance across your business!
Shanelle has been instrumental in the development and upgrade of our Auditing tool. This upgrade has been invaluable to our clients and repairers in closing the gap to ensure that the report is easy to read and provides better photos and descriptions of the repairs required.
Kerrin
Kerrin is an enthusiastic new addition to the RackSAFE team, bringing a wealth of life experience and a fresh perspective.
For the past 17 years, she has been a devoted stay-at-home mom to her three children, passionately involved in her local school and sports communities through extensive volunteering. Now, as she embarks on a new chapter in her life, we are thrilled she has chosen RackSAFE for her career journey.
Currently pursuing a Certificate IV in Workplace Health and Safety, Kerrin is immersing herself in the world of pallet racking auditing. Her warmth, eagerness to learn, and tireless work ethic have already made a significant impression. We are excited to watch her grow and succeed with us.
